Set up by us
We will set up your account and make it all ready for you. Provided all the details are filled in correctly, checking and setting up takes 3 working days.
You will then receive your login details to your Loxopay tool that has been fully set up. You will be able to start receiving payments immediately.
Before you start
Like all payment platforms, we are required by law to conduct a KYC process for all customers. Know-your-Customer (KYC) is the verification of new customers' personal and business data to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing based on the Money Laundering Act. For you, this simply means that we need some documents for account verification. So before you get started, make sure you have the following documents ready:
Copy of the signed Articles of Association or a valid Commercial Register extract (except for private individuals).
A proof of address from the company owners or the person responsible for the association. Only the following documents are accepted:
- Electricity or water bill
- Confirmation of residence, extract from the debt collection register
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
Sensitive data can be blacked out. Document must be complete (not cut off). Maximum 3 months old.
Colour, complete and currently valid picture of passport or ID (front and back) from the company owners (over 25% company share) or from the person responsible for the association.
The social security number (AHV number) of the company owners or of the person responsible for the association.
